Requirements to Applicant: Age: 25-40 y.o. University education; Minimal experience in risk insurance companies 3 on executive positions; Knowledge of insurance products and rules; Negotiating methods; scheduling

Personal characteristics:
Orientation to progress, abilities to take a decision, sociability, initiative, strategic thinking.

Professional duties:
Organization of business management and improvement of the subdivision efficiency, maximal incomes for the Company through contracts of insurance with entities and individuals; representation of Company in the region; negotiations with potential insurants.

Working conditions:

• Full time
• Trips in the region limits

Salary:
As agreed after the interview; commission fees, bonuses for tasks and schemes execution.
